The grammar of “和”

和 Hé : conjunction:and adverb:together In English, “and” can be used as conjunction to join two “objects” or phrases. But in Chinese “和 Hé ” can ONLY be used as conjunction to join two “objects”, NOT phrases. If to list two phrases together, we use “comma ,” to separate   phrases.   YES 我和朋友。 YES 我和朋友去商场吃了饭,买了东西,也看了电影。 NO 我和朋友去商场吃了饭和买了东西和看了电影。
